Terms of service

These terms govern the use of the Pareto Paradigm platform (the "Service") provided by Pareto Paradigm ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organisation you represent.

1. The Service

The Service analyses construction project documents you upload, proposes lower-cost technical solutions, and records the review and approval of those proposals by the professionals you invite. Proposals are generated with the help of artificial intelligence and are estimates. They are not engineering advice, a cost certification, or a substitute for the judgement of a qualified professional.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the documents you upload and must have the right to share them.
Decisions to change a design remain yours and your professionals'. Every structural, fire, acoustic or regulatory implication must be verified by a qualified person before a change is implemented.
You keep your sign-in link private and tell us promptly about unauthorised access.
You do not use the Service to process documents you are not entitled to process.

3. Accounts and workspaces

Each workspace is controlled by its administrators, who can invite members, assign roles, and delete the workspace with all its data. Removing a member does not delete decisions they recorded; those remain in the workspace audit trail.

4. Your content

You own the documents, models and data you upload and the decisions your team records. You grant us the licence needed to store and process them to provide the Service. We do not use your project documents to train models available to other customers without your written agreement. Aggregated, anonymised usage statistics may be used to improve the Service.

5. Fees

Fees, if any, are set out in your order or subscription. Usage-based features are metered and shown in the workspace. We may change fees with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Support is available at hello@paretoparadigm.com.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or costs arising from design changes made on the basis of proposals produced by the Service. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in that period.

8. Termination

You may delete your account or workspace at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms after notice where reasonable. On termination your data is deleted in line with our privacy policy.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes are notified in the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and disputes are subject to the courts of Estonia unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Questions: hello@paretoparadigm.com.
